After living in North Carolina for nine years now, I’ve never heard people talk about Durham very often. Even after moving to the Triangle (Chapel Hill – Raleigh – Durham), I haven’t heard much about it. But Durham is such a cool place, and it’s only getting cooler. Vogue recently named it North Carolina’s hippest city. Here are some reasons that it’s completely underrated:

7 Foods I Want to Eat in Durham
Just because I’m not in Europe anymore doesn’t mean that I can’t “travel.” I can’t complain about not flying to another country every weekend when there are so many places in my own backyard that I haven’t even explored. One of these places that I hope to explore more is Durham, North Carolina, especially since I’ll be heading to this other point in North Carolina’s Research Triangle next week to see the Lion King (so unbelievably excited).
